Our olives are distinguished by their full and rich flesh, their small kernels and crispy surface. We produce all olive sizes, however most of our crop belongs to king-size category due to our special cultivation process which we have been using from generation to generation.
All sizes of the golden-green olive of our olive groves are hand collected, carefully and ritually. After their separatation n various sizes, they undergo a special process in order to degrade oleuropein, the flavor of the final products is improved and the necessary natural fermentation is accelerated, ensuring thus a flavor rich in natural sugars and vitamins.
Depending on their sizes, we pack olives in plastic packaging and glass jars as well as in barrels to be sold both in retail or bulk.
